I have been acting on most senior positions which gave me moreand more experience

I have always enjoyed challenges experienced on daily basis within my working environment. I enjoy working with a team of both investigators and analysts and especially as a supervisor and a team leader. I have always enjoyed learning and coaching as part of my daily duties. As a lawyer and investigator, I have also gained a lot of experience on tactical strategies to be applied when dealing with different cases in the legal industry. I regard myself as well informed and equipped to an extent that I can approach any kind of difficulty without any problem. I'm currently responsible for more senior duties in the provincial office.

Pros: I consider myself to be more than well prepared for any challenges.
Cons: As a supervisor, a lawyer and an investigator have learned to work long hours as and when necessary.

I'm gaining knowledge

I'm very happy working for IPid , I've learnt a lot about investigation issues and how to deal with complaints relate to Saps abusing their powers , we attend short courses to keep us up to date with changes in the department preparing us for promotion if the chance avail its self, we also get bursaries to study further so that we grow departmentally and be able to get promotions

Pros: Legal issues relating to complaints
Cons: Working conditions are very good
