Opportunity to learn more about industry

Typical work day is arranging viewing for clients which include making appointments and collection and return of keys and updating daily invoicing with regards to every second monthly VAT submission. Follow up on pending transactions which means I am constantly busy requesting FICA documents for seller/buyers and make sure everything is in order before a transaction register. I have learnt you can't please every single client that walks through the door and how to approach them in a calm way to change their minds. There is nothing more satisfying to complete a transaction and have a happy seller and buyer. The most challenging aspects in my job is getting info out to a database on a daily basis and making sure that new listings are submitted on time. I love organizing.

A Humbling experience

I am not working at the moment due to returning to South Africa from the UAE. I will use my occupation as Shadow Teacher and Tutor in the UAE to review. Every morning I had a meeting with the Special Educational Needs Manager, before school, to determine daily educational targets for the 2 Autistic boys. Attending classes with the boys, co-teach and reaffirm the lessons, moral and emotional support during meltdowns and then directing them back to learning. Formed very close relationships with teaching staff. After school I tutored 6 children. This was also quite challenging to find a manner of explanation of school work, to which the children responded the best. I enjoyed the mental growth of the kids and their ability to open their minds to new and unknown information.

Pros: Learning of new abilities and get to know yourself in uncertain circumstances
Cons: Long working hours, language barrier

I,m willing to learn

within the company and build myself with a team including working with a team. Anyday for me us a work day , being passionate about your job is one of my excellence in my life, im outgoing, im willing to do whatever it takes to work now, my life is my work. I,m shop in tembisa, i learnt alot of the chains towards the business it really give more time management, i enjoy alot of challenge which grooms me and builds; i had good relationships with my superiors they also wished they can keep me but due to employement not yet to post i had to wait; i would say if you take as your canidate it will come to best heart of your business. Yours faithfully

Excellent learning curve

It it an environment that allows your personal skills to be exercised as you grow in your job role. Since it is an environment with a diverse work culture, it demands flexibility and adaptability to work with different cultures. That however gives the job an interesting flavour to it. The most challenging however is that while you grow in your job role, it does not permit to legally see yourself grow into a new role and take on new responsibilities.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about other new culture's
Cons: Interpretation from English to my Bantu language which was anonymous and open to being misunderstood.
