-Ensure high quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, reporting directly to partners of engagement status, and managing performance of assistants and responsible for the completion of the external, internal audit assignment and consulting work; -Look for new business and assess risk involved and prepare project proposals based on risks identified; -Establish relationships with key client contacts, targets and the wider business community; -Allocating work to staff according to their technical abilities; -Assists the training officer to administer and assess trainees on the training programme to become Chartered Accountants in terms of South African Institute of Chartered Accountants regulations; -Project manager responsible for client deliverables; -Responsible for budgeting and billing of clients; -Responsible for recruitment of staff in my department; and -Responsible for managing staff welfare.

Opportunity for growth

A lot of pressure but flexible. Had to maintain an open policy for staff and a good relationship on behalf of the CEO and the entire management. Being as professional as possible yet friendly because when the staff see me the see the CEO,also new systems like SAP which I have never used. Flexibility and that fact that I was always busy and part of my portfolio in Socio Economic Development where I met a lot of kids working together with MEC',Mayor and putting a smile on their faces. Having to avail myself around the clock sometimes,
