Professional facilitation and project coordination
Facilitation tops most of my time in a day, then coordination follows after that. I enjoy being with the people because i get to learn from then. The more you meet new people is the more you learn, or the more you interact/communicate with people the more you learn. i work very well with my team, i report directly to my project manager which that actually helps me in getting knowledge fro her and improving where i am lacking. What i have learnt in the past years that i have been involved in projects, i have come to understand the importance of time and planning in a project. Without proper plans you will not achieve your goal/objective. Having to stand in front of a new crowd every time it takes a lot of courage and preparation. Having to juggle training, doing coordination and admin of the project it is always difficult to do but with proper planning i always manage.
Pros: It is a great learning curve
Cons: Taking work home is always a must
