Being able to multitask

Makeup applications all day I learn several skills and techniques Management was awesome as long as you motivated your staff members and made stores Targets. Mixed culture The hardest part of the job and standing on your feet for over 8 hours. The most enjoyable is making people feel good about themselves

Learning curve

The work experience was very helpful in getting my feet wet in the retail business and environment. Average work hours a day are 8 The salary however isn't great as we are expected to work overtime but don't get paid for it. The colleagues are great and the store manager is exceptional. The company is wonderful, but not the best to work for.. the way in which the company handles internal issues is very unprofessional

Easy to adopt to new change and willing to learn and gain more experience

I Mandisa sithole . I am self motivated and hard working and willing to learn and gain experience and be able to make the company grow. And have fun and making work environment to happy place and a good place to remember. I'm a person who likes to learn new things and gain more knowledge.

Working with the company has been a great and challenge and has given me lots of growth.

I am currently working for a cosmetic company.i am a makeup artist and really do enjoy what I do as I am very passionate about people and helping them.Being with the company has grown m a lot as a individual.i am now the store manager and manage the team I have and the store as well.

Excellent learning skill always go all out for my customers

Sales driven target driven passion for brand and customers love working with customers give customers service tell customer about the product . The most aspet of my job is to sit a customer down show her how to use the product make her feel special
