Challenging, Great exposure, immense responsibilities, great personal growth

I love my current job. I have a very good Boss, very strict but friendly. I have learnt a lot as his PA, time management and taking on responsibilities. Its always a new day at the office and never a dull moment. There is always something new to learn, to correct and to master. My Boss has made sure that i learn all that he can possibly teach me, from his duties to other related duties. I get along with my colleagues very well. Great environment to spend your whole day at. Most challenging part of my job is when i have not done a task the way my boss has specifically instructed or when people dont deliver as promised. He has taught me to be honest, if i cant submit on a deadline i must be honest and communicate with him before. I have had to understand his personality but above all, doing my work as instructed and to pay attention to detail. He has groomed me to be a perfectionist.

Pros: Great for personal growth
Cons: Having to be on-Call 24/7, remembering every detail of everything done and to do for me and my Boss.

Growing in this field

Decision making, exposure in this field it helped me a lots interm of growing. And be relocated seeings new environment and be with defferant races. And be in charge in all task in this field when is no one around. My manager was more experience in this field so it helped me interms of growing as a better engineer.
