Working for a College as thought me different way to capture .

I enjoy working at my current company but like most individuals, i am looking for a permanent position in a company that i can grow within. My current position at this company as Administration Data Capture and i and love my job BUT i am just a TEMP here and i haven't been given a contract either so i am uncertain about where i stand withing this company. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers as i like to keep it professional. This is a relevantly new industry for me so i have learnt a lot taking into consideration that this is a College and my field is Shipping ( Import/Export) Administration, Accounts and more. My typical day is rather different as i have to interact with more than 30 Students each day, so for me that is new and a challenge and i like it, as i like change. What i enjoy the most...Is that i am really grateful to have a job to go to everyday. I do pray that the above as some impact on my CV. Thanking you in advance Evelyn Pillay

Pros: I would love to relocate to Johannesburg
Cons: I don't have any issues working longer hours, in that way i have more hours in the day to learn something new.

BRILLIANT LEARNING OPPORTUNITY YET NEED MORE EXPOSURE AS WELL ADVANCING IN MY CAREER

I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH SOCIETY AND SINCE I DEAL WITH A LOT OF LEARNERS AND PEOPLE (AGES 19- 55) AND QUERIES AS WELL AS MY NORMAL SKILLS, I AM A REALLY PATIENT PERSON. I HAVE CLASSES EVERY MORNING , FROM 8AM - 1PM. THEREAFTER I'M AT THE OFFICE , MARKING ASSESSMENTS AND COMPLETING ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS. I WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE, MY BIGGEST CLASS IS 120 LEARNERS, SO I'M MORE THAN ABLE TO GET A MESSAGE ACROSS AND STILL SUSTAIN MY CALMNESS. I'M ALWAYS BUSY , AND MEET DEADLINES

Excellent learning experience

It is tiring, unprofessional and time consuming. People st the company are few that are competent and organised. There is always a lack of planning ansa structure. They do npt know about organising. The managers and poorly spoken and unprofessional int ehri mannerisms. There is a lack of job security. Peope ruse tonthe top if they are favoured by the managers. The academic directors are not hands on people and rel6 on the managers for help but they are blind sideing the directors.
