Gained so much experience

I've learnt so much. I never expected insurance such a big industry and it's almost like another language. I've learn the most from the brokers I work with on a daily basis. Currently I have a portfolio of 34 brokers that I manage daily. I handle their accounts, make sure they collect premium from their clients and ensure that their premium is paid over to insurers. I also make sure they remain compliant and adhere to section 45. I love the pressure and the amount of responsibility that comes with the job. The most challenging part of what I do is probably making sure the brokers are compliant and that their clients are always taken care of. Mistakes do happen but its all about how you correct the error once it has occurred that makes all the difference.

Pros: getting to work with people every day.
Cons: no room for growth.
