Hard working, very determined.

I am a hard worker. I am very determined, i am like to be in control of what i am doing. . I am very well presented, neat and tidy. I believe that i would be perfect for thos job if i was given the opportunity to present myself. I am a polite, warm hearted person. I get along very well with people. Im a peoples person. I have an N4 im computees. I am computer literate.

Great working conditions

Typical work day includes, converting leads into opportunities. Capturing on the system and compiling enrolments Coworkers are awesome, I get along with all of them. I enjoy the ambiance and studying. I dislike the management style.. Too many changes without consultationv. The management style is almost authoritative.

Pros: It's quite a relaxed working environment.. Almost feels like a second home. Free studying aswell
Cons: There's virtually no opportunity for growth. Only a single promotion is close to ten years. The payment structure needs a serious review

Being at the front desk makes one to always look andbe

Working with different people has taught me never to judge a person by their character because you never know what problem or what help you might be to the person,Reporting to management is a way of keeping a good record of the work that you are doing as it comes along with time management either concerning the work done or coming in at work.You always find different people with different moods on a daily basis but being calm and being able to control ones personal emotions helps prevent miscommunications and misunderstandings in the workplace

Pros: moving to a higher department
Cons: unstable and a manager that disrespect their collegues because of their positions

Learning stage

not much i can say about the organisation. however a lot of stuff is resigning. because of change in management and the packs are not building stuff moral to push harder.

Pros: Free education as a employee

Excellent learning curve

Exposure to all functions within the business regardless of department you work. Its all about team work and system flow. Target driven and mainly getting things done and rendering a service to students where they are the priority.

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed to all fields
Cons: No flexi hours, no bonus and 1 staff function a year , no insensitives

Working environment is so peacefull, have a very great team.

wORKING FOR THE COMPANY IS VERY FRUSTRATING THERE IS NO MOTIVATION LIKE INCENTIVES OR BBONUSES. tHERE ARE NO PROMOTIONS WHICH MEANSS THERE IS NO GROWTH.

Intec College

A typical day at work for me starts at 6am when I arrive at work. I like the environment I work in all staff are known and we work well together. Our students become family and our main aim is to help them achieve their dreams. Dealing with a lot of students gives you a better understanding of different races and cultures. We aim to do our best and we have very good experienced people working here. Could the company make a few positive changes? Yes. But that comes with time. Would I leave here there were growth potential and a good salary increase? No. However life is expensive and I need to provide for my family and the only way to to try and find a company with more growth potential and better salary increases.

Cons: no growth potential, salary not enough

Good communication skills Attentive to detail. Target orientated Self motivated. Well mannered Always goes the extra mile. Good multitasking skills. Good typing skills and accuracy .

How a companys not supposed to operate

High Pressure, stressful environment. Poor Management. Poor Communication. Late Salary Payments. Overworked, underpaid. You really build a strong relationship with your colleagues as its kind of a bond through trauma experience. Literally the highlight of the job is completing your targets and the people you will meet there.

Pros: Great, supportive colleagues
Cons: Everything but your colleagues
