Good learning experience on dealing with difficult clients
Hard working ,self- motivated , fast learner , willing to travel and always looking to learn new skills offer support to our client either via the telephone or team viewer which is always better because some client maybe not be able to explain clearly , the company have taught a lot about myself in being able to deal client I am an ambitious, hardworking and goal driven individual that by all times strives to learn new things. I have good organization and administrative skills; I pay attention to detail and work to the best of my ability to ensure my way up to the top in everything I do. I thrive under pressure and always execute my tasks and responsibilities with discipline and efficiency. I am a reliable individual, easy going and polite. I easily adjust to new environments, I take my work seriously and I am not afraid of new challenges for I believe it’s a chance to grow myself. Furthermore, I have great leadership skills, a problem solver and a strategist.

Excellent
The company is not a bad company to work for, when I started working there I never knew or thought it's call center throughout. I was looking for a technical support job where I have to physically deal with the client and thier issues. Where by currently i need to be office based for 8 hours, behind the phone, solving issues with the client telephonically. My wish is to be field based or work within a company which will allow me to solve issues either telephonically, via remote control or physically. Dealing with clients one on one is on of the most exciting experience and the client will feel more comfortable and honored when someone has to physically visit him to fix and sort out him technical or rather IT issues
Pros: Good working environment
Cons: The job is more and Admin than technical
