Excelent learing curve

A lot of pressure as within 6 months of me working here I caught the payroll administrator stealing. Did forensic auditing and opened a case against her as she stole 1.2 million over 8 years before my employment. I learned a lot! I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy the HR side of the business and also something new I learned. Very sad part was when the companies finances starting showing negatively had to go through the retrenchment procedures with the staff. Company is currently in liquidation and I have learned a lot regarding that aspect, what to do for future reference and what not.

Cons: The liquidation process

Excellent learning curve

The company is best suitable for interns - it offers opportunities to learn without any financial benefit. Everyone is kind and willing to teach each other - i have learnt the value of taking pride in your work, of respecting each other, clients and suppliers. The most challenging aspect is not getting a salary at the end of the month - sometimes you receive half of your salary and sometimes a quarter without any communication or care of your personal well being.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and improve yourself
Cons: Not being paid
