Very good learning curve

Working for this company has it's benefits such as we get company cars (VW Polo) and A cellphone to phone clients and colleagues with. The work hours are long as i work from 07h00 in the morning anything up until 18h00 onwards some nights even later, we also get occasional trips where they phone us somewhere during the night and tell us to pack and drive to head office so that we can go to a strike in Louis Trichardt. It's also never known what weekend you will be working and that can also take all your off time. I run a parking area at a hospital where we have 3 guards for the site and also take cash from clients, my boss is never happy with the cash ups as he changes the way he wants it constantly. He is very demanding and controlling in the way he wants work to be done. Our relationships as colleagues are well, but the relationships with the employees and the boss are very bad as he induces fear and reward down on us making it difficult to be productive.

Pros: Fantastic commission base if you do sales.
Cons: If you don't do sales you get treated as any other employee.

Fast and willing learner

I am a strong individual who love working with people and very good at teambuilding. I am honest and a hard worker. My managing skills are excellent. I love to motivate and work with my group. I am willing to learn in every department I am referred to. I have done financial satements and worked on Spar databases. Marketing and retail is my passion. I get along with the team and our day never ends without a motivational meeting. My hours and traveling is getting me down at the moment and this is the reason I'm looking for a job closer to home.

The company is very well established and a great enviroment for young persons that wants to learn there is a good teaching structure and a big load of work to keep you busy all day long
