Excellent learning curve

Working here is very great, the call centre is not very busy. I have a great relationship with my colleagues and am a team player and i am able to adjust easily. I have learned how to solve problems, to work under pressure when it gets hectic. i have learned the importance of good customer service and good phone etiquette.

Ecellent Administrator

A Typical day working with me is think on your feet and fast. Do it with a smile and correct the first time round as you next patient or customer and that includes my coluques is waiting for me to assist them. There is rearly in life time for a 2nd impression or the opportunity to make a difference in the quality of anonther's life.

Experience and growth over the years

I work many hours with different dentists and have learned a lot from a lot of procedures done everyday, i worrk well under pressure, i get along with my co-worker that makes me understand everyone, and im willing to go the extra mile

It was a stepping stone

I've enjoyed working with the intercare I've learned a lot and my co-workers where very friendly and helpful to me ddnt have any challenges I loved working 7 to7 shifts it was the first time ever if I can go back anytime if I get a change

Learning curve

I enjoy working with my colleagues as we assist each other especially in touch times. I've learnt communication is key when working in a group as this is how we learn from another. The most exciting part for me is to give patiemts a better understanding of what is happening on their accounts. Reconciliations can be a bit tough when numbers are not balancing but I always find the joy in it when the problem is solved.
