Faster learning
Communicate with client and customers with email and phone, training the cashier of the side required. Transport them when we have night event, assisting them according request, keeping the side and safe key, responsible for operating hours, monitoring the debit card operating, monitoring over flow on the busy day and avoid it ,auditing every cashier and make sure the money been bank, submit weekly report and monthly. Doing stock count and oder the needed one in time.

Good learning and expiriences in my life
Since I left school I hard few jobs that I obtained, I work with defferent people and we work well on every challenges and tasks given. On the last one more challenging on working shifts but I overcome it with good relashinship with my co worker who even give me, lift after work mid and leave me closer to my place.Then when I started my busness I also work with my people as photorapher and on fruit and veg business, I travel defferent places learning things and peaple along the way as employer myself so on both sides employee and employer my learning is not over. I enjoy every part of my on working place an more learning with good memories.

Can do more than what im doing now
get to work at 6 in the morning getting ready to cash up the previous days money out of the parking machines. working whit staff that are willing to work and helping where they can and also helping them whit any problems they have . i have learnt how important it is to be there and give support to making sure everything is going according to plane and on schedule . the most challenging part of my job is getting upper management to give me and me team support when we need it the most if no support is given i take my own initiative in solving the problem and informing upper management what i have done

Experience gained at many fields at once, must multitask
-working 12 hrs shifts -worked well under pressure -learned to interact with clients and make a professional relationship -I enjoy when the work makes me grow and gain more exposure to other departments -working at night even on weekends was never easy

Handling cars and customers
handling customers and able to work with co-workers not fighting with them always work as a team,ive learn that to work as a group its much better than working alone especially when you are stressed

How to handle customers.Managing of staff and reporting to center management.Excellent customer service.Punctuality reliable and hardworking.Handling of staff and issuing disciplinary measures.Site walk in the center after 2 hours.

Excellent learning environment
avery busy environment where one get to interact with different people and ensuring that ihave to make them all happy because a customer is always write and having to understand that customers are the king and queens of the organisation. we worked between day and night shift;10 hours a day for 5days a week and ididnt mind any of those shifts. respecting the company's protocol was a must and understanding its laws and regulation. agreat environment where one learns to be humble ,disciplined;following instructions and also time management. had to come to work on time every day with my uniform neatly weared. this are all the things iwill enjoyed.
