Excellent vibrant company i have learned a lot

i enjoy the working environment very secured safe i love interacting with our clients bounce new ideas the laughter the advice that i give and receive its very important to me my co- workers i enjoy the convesations that we have with happiness i love managing such people the challenging moments is when a client is unhappy or not wanna pay what is due for them to pay dealing with all the complains

Pros: i was very excited for my promotion
Cons: as long as the work is done its never a problem to work long hours

Good place to get many skills

Getting more experience, in different sectors. Supper isinglass staff and also doing the daily banking, checking the the auto pay station for production purposes Deploying staff in the designated areas, and making sure they arrive at work in time and comply to the daily requirements of their duty

The most challenging aspect

The most challenging aspect is that you have to constant reevaluate your priorities. You have many people demanding your attention and focus at most times and you have to often choose between a client relationship and attending to company demands. Even when you are off, you are in fact working as you are on call at all times,

Pros: Flexible Hours, Company Car, Company Cell
Cons: A lot of overtime with no payment, high stress, work weekend and public holidays

Excellent

It a creation experience in a sense of I get to do the capturing, bank statements, call client for collection of outstanding amount and reconcile their account, exporting reports an convert them to excell work book. Do the recon and crossing of month end.

Pros: no growth or promotion
Cons: no manly at month end
