Fast learner .

I have been working for a courier company for the past 11 years . I have more than 100 employees that I have to supervise on a daily basis . My work challenges is only that you have to work long hours then at the end of the month you don't see your overtime . I do enjoy my work because each everyday I learn new things . To all these years I have been with them I value the companies customers because they are the ones that are paying our salaries . I have a strong relationship with the workers to such an extend whenever there's a colleague who has a bereavement we pop our monies to support our colleague . Also have a what's app group where we can advise each other whenever someone has a difficulty on what he's doing for the company .

Working from 10 am up until finish

The company I am currently working for we work from 10:00am up until we finish which most of the time its at 11:00pm with one hour lunch interval which is at one o'clock. I have learnt to wrk more hour than normal nd producing good quality work through out.

Pros: learn more about diffferent logistics industries
Cons: 8hours to 9 hours

Learning curve

A typical work day feels full of drama, co-workers are rude. The only good thing about this industry are the customers. The customers typically makes up for all the cons as they sometimes cheer a person up more than one expects. Some customers are really nice and relationships are formed.

MY DAYS AT INTERTOWN TRANSPORT

I HAVE LEARNT ALOT THIS PAST FEW MONTHS AND IT HAS REALLY BUILT UP MY EXPERIENCE I DONT HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CO WORKERS BUT ONLY WITH 2 OR 3 CO WORKERS. I FIND THIS JOB VERY CHALLENGING AS IT REQUIRES ALOT OF DETAIL AND IT IS A 12 HOUR NIGH SHIFT JOB. I ENJOY DOING ADMIN WORK AND IM VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT MY JOB. I LIKE HELPING OUT OTHERS WHEN THEY NEED HELP AND ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA MILE. MY DAYS AT WORK ARE HECTIC AS I AM CURRENTLY DOING TWO PEOPLES JOB BUT I ALSO FIND IT INTERESTING

Pros: IT IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION, YOU BUILD UP YOUR EXPERIENCES, GOOD SERVICE
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS, BAD SALARY PAYMENTS, NO COOMUNICATION
