Good relationships with co workers, working long hours in the hospitality industry to provide excellent customer service to clients. Enjoy support/helping clients. Most challenging getting recognised as a performer in the company and salary low for all the effort put in.

Learned a lot about the industry.Was dealing with people with different personalities

Looking to better and improve myself, want to work under a Mentor and learn from them, also looking for a positive working environment. I worked well with my co-workers as they all respected by the people working with and under me I loved my work but was under constant reminder from top management that I can be replaced as any moment and threatened with my work. I could not think for myself and were not allowed to be “me”, Just had to follow instructions as a blind sheep

Pros: Was a Growing business
Cons: It was not a positive environment to be working in, we could not even think for ourselfs
