Excellent learning

Working at Intuba Projects was labour intensive. Working under very limited time constraints. What I enjoyed the most was traveling all over the KwaZulu-Natal province. The most challenging aspect of the job is addressing employees' grievances. I learnt to be patient with people. Making sure that my part of the work is done on time. Furthermore, always raise the standards, and try to exceed peoples' expectations.
