I definitely enjoyed working at IPS Health and Wellness. My colleagues and people I worked with, are amazing people, truly like a family. We motivate one another, and have one goal in mind, to make a success of the company. I've learned that you have to work hard in order to be successful, earn your money and make the best out of what you're given to work with. Being a sales consultant can get Abit rough, working with difficult clients, and making sure to reach your daily and weekly target. Sometimes it's very difficult to reach your target especially when there is not a lot of new clients to pitch to. You have to be very competent and challenging to be able to cope in the sales department as a consultant dealing with the product the company sells.

Pros: Great experience and knowledge to better yourself in a team.
Cons: Dealing with difficult clients, not making your target

Excellent learning experience

Great opportunities and much to learn

In my time at IPS I have learnt that time is of the essence when generating your own salary, it is one big family where motivation and positivity speaks volumes within the office. I have learnt discipline and acquired many different good qualities daily. The most challenging is never knowing what the day would hold but pushing to achieve company and personal goals all the same. You learn about yourself and those around you only enhancing your people skills and perking up your work ethic on a daily

TELESALES LEARNING CURVE

I sell vitamins to refferal clients. Through the company. We have different campaigns the harder you work and the more sales you make you move to an easier high paid campaign, I enjoy making sales. More money. The most challenging aspect is going over a 4 page script with a client that knows nothing about our products.

Excellent learning curve

IPS is a good company to work at. The job requirements improved my skills. It's always great working in a team. It aspires growth, communication skills and motivation for personal growth. The working hours are not bad for the good money you can make as it was a target position. Amazing learning curve.
