Excellent Learning curve

My duties is to make sure workers are compliance with the safety, this is to minimize workers from getting injured and production loss. In spite of working within the hazardous environment and sometimes working under pressure , i enjoy my job since i do not lift or operating heavy machine, my job is to stand still in front of the workers watching them how they work, if there is something i do not understand or working unsafe i have the right to stop them. If i found my self in a situation where i have unsolved problem, i must call the production people to deal with the problem and no one will continue with the job among the workers without declared permission from the production people.

Exelent team mates

Good communication With the staff members clean eating place. Long working hours. Working night shifts all the time.they pay there workers on time.the people the where good.you get the ppe on time but the were zero tolarance on workers who a damaging ppe on popose

I'm hard work and team player I can work overtime no problem, standbay And I'm fit I can work on hartesy, confanspe I have red seal got from CTC at witbank

Good team work

Maintenance,housekeeping. I have good relationship with my colleague's. I enjoy challenges and learning new things every day in order to grow or gain more knowledge
