Excellent change and opportunity in new environment

In my role I learned alot about dealing with different personalities and ways of doing things. Enjoyed working with the younger brains. Having a good relationship meant motivated staff. Unfortunately Ipsos retrenched and I am now unemployed

Core Competency

I was calling clients for research the company was doing market and research so I was call them to confirm the field visit I was asking them some questions and record it down. I was working very good with my co-workers as a group sharing ideas and solving our problems.

Good environment

Since i have working for the company i have learnt so much interms of remaining professional at all times when dealing with clients over the phone. Data capturing as well as to how to keep the quality of the call at 100% at all times. The only challenges it's working with different people with different views also the daily targets of the company depending on the availability of work on that day. The quality of the phones and computers that i have use everyday when i am at work

Pros: Great opportunity for having knowledge about the industry. Good training skills
Cons: Not easy to be recognised for a new position
