IQEMBU CONSULTING - Review

Iqembu Consulting is a modern age dynamic Civil and Construction company. Turn around time is fast paced and impeccable communication skills are required. The most exciting aspect about my job is setting up project programmes and implementing these programmes to completion. I particularly enjoy my role in the coordination of subcontractors and the project scope. Keeping those aligned.

Pros: Everchanging work environment and challanges
Cons: When you have been so attached to a particular project and it draws to completion

Great exposure and learning curve

A very challenging project, with many different sub contractors. I enjoyed working on the project because I was given more responsibilities and that challenged me to work at my best ability.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: No recognition given for hard work. No company benefits
