I support the mail environment for both SME'S, wholesale and Enterprise client. Support include implementation of new clients service (Office 365,Mimecast, etc) I have learnt how to migrate data from Internet Solution Hosted Exchange to cloud and Office 365 specific. what i enjoy about my job is that it keeps on exposing me to new technology At the moment my challange is working shift when im not on standby

Excellent learning

It's been a good day if you know that our client is happy and satisfied with the service received and us as a team ensured that our client is happy and provided the best possible service. Respecting each others views and team work is very important. I believe in growing within the business and learning is very important
