Excellent learning curve

Isegen South Africa was indeed a great platform for me.I have learn a lot from them during my in service training there.I have learn how to interact with different people in different levels.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things

Im problem solver when the plant have deviations

Isegen is a large company which producing food acids,plastisites and have good quality products. all products before we sell to customers we perform all the specifications and certificate of analysis must be followed to make sure our products is quality . iv learned so much as isege especially woking as a team.

Pros: it is is my wish to be senior plant operator, not end there but to end of qualifications.
Cons: we working 8 hours a day from monday to friday.
