I have learnt that you need to review the company's policy before entering

It is a good company but there are no benefits if you're working there. I work overtime every day for 5 days and insurance for drivers, also do long distance trips but no allowance.

Good sales development programs

The company is good to work for but is not the most attractive offices or work space. But all the tools to get the work done are available. If one is looking for growth it is almost impossible but after a few people have resigned those opportunities might be available. Work environment is more comfortable for Indians and white employees the most including promotions.

Pros: Slow growth
Cons: High targets and hard to make commission
