It has been a good experience but I am now looking for promotion opportunities

I work in an open plan office with a great team of other Quantity Surveyors. We share a lot of work knowledge on a daily basis and we have become a family over the years. The most challenging aspects of the job are the long working hours and the distance we drive to get to work. But I enjoy the work, everyday there is something new to learn.
