Good learning experience

What I like the most is that the co-workers are too nice and friendly to work with, comfortable to work around them. And bad part is on our working day, we have long working hours and short breaks and we stand like the whole 12 hours sometimes even overtime. I've learned to keep my time and to work under pressure and to communicate better with new people to work as a group.

Poor service

My qualifications include financial management N6 and HRM N4 So I learn how to work under pressure and working as team.. My challenges is unpaid over time and no payment for sick note

Excellent learning curve

The working shifts are good and sometimes we work overtime for extra income. Training is provided at no cost. I love working there but the income is so little and I have a lot of responsibilities. I work so hard and with determination, but that doesn't count when it comes to salary. I need a better job. I am so passionate about driving.
