Its is indded an excellent learning curve

We always start at 08:00 but sometimes I start at 07:30 because our clients will to get their hired cars early. We have a good relationship with co-workers, we learn a lot from each other. I have learnt more customer service skills. I enjoy working with satisfied customers. The challenging aspects of the job is to deal with the customer that does not want to pay the rates that are stipulated by the company.

Pros: there is always a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours during first eve season

Exellent learning curve

I begin most by coming in to the office early to make sure everything is ready for our clients. And looking through our office scheduling system to check for any changes. I do similar task at the end of the day. I respond to any messages in our scheduling system. The majority of my duties is to assist our clients, both in person and on the phone. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we are like a family. I have learnt a lot a lot in my job like dealing with difficult clients. I enjoy interacting with my clients and make sure that they are satisfied. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you are supposed to do a car collection and you find out that the client is not there and he or she cannot take your calls.

Always willing to learn

The atmosphere is good. Every morning I check my emails and see if I have urgent things to attend to. reply all my emails and check my work schedule. We have a good relationship with co-workers and they have thought me a lot since I came here. I enjoy working with the satisfied clients. The most challenging aspects of the job are the clients who do not want to listen when you are explaining to them and who are always complaining and dissatisfied.
