Working at ISON

I have given of myself in the last 4 hald years and i have only gotten a 1500 increase. The working life is okay, the people are okay with a few irritating exceptions. The issue with salary payments is an annoyance in my book as once works so hard and then there is a delay in salary payment. However it had happened about 4 times in abit of a separate or distant parting( if that's a word).

Pros: There is not much pressure
Cons: There is not a lot of salary increase if you not part of operations
