Excellent learning curve

Working at isonbpo was a great experience,. Ive learnt to engae with my fellow colleagues and how to control different situations with customers. I've learnt alot and received some credit for the great work. What I enjoyed most is the satisfaction of the customer and making them happy and mostly calming them down when they were angry. What i also loved was meeting new people and learning how to be comfortable in an orderly, professional manner in a workplace.

Brilliant Career Opportunity

Development is my key factor as a director Main focuses is having a structure in place so that we are moving strength to strength and not stag mint. I build empires, My empire is build around family. Family support one another and family always have each others back. I have leant that great leaders lead from the back to make sure no one is left behind. Your people always come first, its not about you. I love working with people, different people with unique ideas, I love learning new things everyday. I like teaching and developing. I like getting my hands dirty when tasks have deadlines. People who who have no dreams and dont see the bigger in the business is my major challenge.
