Sales is a very big challenge. I prefer a manufacturing environment. My relationship with all employees is very good. I work with different types of people all day and have always been able to assist and help where necessary. I am looking for a more structured environment in which I can manage staff and ensure production is running smoothly. In Sales I see many large clients but with the current economy I struggle to get the necessary sales.

Pros: A promotion with a stable salary
Cons: Long working hours and a lot of travelling

One owner business with now potential to grow.

A day starts of with a meeting of all the deparments, in the end it come down to nothing was done right and warnings are give. Relationships between the employees are great and they are the need for learning. I was promised to be trained in second in change position but instead I have only been fixing all long oustanding issues. The most challenging aspect at this point is the distance again from my family and missing out on my sun growing up.

Pros: Internasionale relations
Cons: No bonus or increase
