Briljant Problem Solver

The reason for my application, is that I would love to further my knowledge, experience and expertise in a company that offers first class technology & infrastructure, to give first class experience for my future employer and clients. I love technology and have been working with it since I was young. As technology is my passion, I get excited staying up to date as frequently ays possible. I have incorporated this cover letter as well as my Cirriculum Vitae. I have various experiences in producing multimedia presentations, projects and resources. Having previous experience and knowledge about Linux, Windows and Macintosh systems and it has improved my problem solving and solution skills and has made them effective and seamless. My past experience in dealing with students as a lecturer has helped me develop my ability as an effective problem solving and a support consultant. I have been involved in numerous projects in creating multi-platform networks and wish to further my knowledge and my experience.

Customer experience and relationships

Customer service is everything. I have grasped this and have taken it into my KPAs and applying with every interaction with a customer. It has built me to love people and helping them as a result of a satisfied customer. Working together with my colleagues and manages makes my job easier and less pressured as I do work in an environment where there is a lot of foot traffic and not so happy customers. Experience: Customer service Issuing out contracts and consulting Sales Sales targets met Merchandising Administration

This company has showed me what i am capable of and what i can push myself to become.

As soon as I saw you’re posting online. I knew it was the perfect position for me and that I was the perfect solution for you. Let me explain further. As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve worn a lot of different hats. As a Sales Person, I’ve run the day-to-day office, from restocking stationary supplies, to customer service, being a student advisor and compiling applications, capturing and printing, scanning, you name it, I’ve done it. I’m extremely motivated, organized and disciplined. No matter where I’ve been, I’ve produced top-notch work because I’m dedicated to making sure each and every piece stands out from the crowd.

Great Learning Experience

Working at iStore as a casual admin, has taught me so much about the working environment and has allowed me to be flexible as I was a full time student. Got to sharpen my skills when it comes to paying attention to detail, working as a team, reaching targets and making deadlines. Typical day involves doing cash ups, cash handling, consolidation of stock counts, receiving stock, scanning contracts as well as other admin related tasks. Challenging aspects of the job was meeting the 1pm deadline, to submit counts because investigation during consolidation was time consuming. Nonetheless I got better at it and in the end met the deadline.

Great retail and customer exposure

Working at the iStore is both great and challenging, with every challenge comes growth and hence it helps mentor and teach one how to handle customers and become very efficient in providing great service to suit different customer needs. I have become a great service provider leveraging my skills to help customers get the great service that we promise to give, in so doing saving more time and being more productive in my daily job

Pros: -working with customers from different backgrounds and different problems, helping them solve them and learning more with each and every encounter
Cons: High stress levels due to sometimes unrealistic customer expectations

Great learning curve

A typical work day, assist customers with what they need help with coaching the newbies on how we assist customers in store. Great relationship with co-workers, I'm always the life of the party at work. I've learnt that you have to respect each others personality at work. you never know if they having a bad day, so always be versatile and helpful. I love assisting the customers, I give them everything I have even on a bad day. thee most challenging aspects is balancing family time and work.

I had a great relationship with all my colleagues and managers .

Great work environment, positive energy, friendly mama here is and employees , working hours was a bit more than usual, I do feel like they do not live up to their company values and standards
