my relationship with my co- workers is good im teaching them some of the work and ive also learned alot im a fast leaner i enjoy working in an office the challenging aspect is facing a difficult customer whos doesnt want to understand

Pros: great opportunity because u dont travel
Cons: long working hours and a small payment

One always deserves better in life.

There's nothing really wrong with me working here, all i need is growth will all the expertise and the experience i gained within the company. Its a small township company, I mostly to the admin work, typing, faxing, data capturing, e-mail & internet. We have a good relationship as co-workers. I have learned a lot of basic computing within the company. I enjoy helping out local NPO organizations especially the ones dealing with children. The challenge I face with this job is growth I feel sometimes one works hard where there is no eye in need of that.

Pros: No growth, small salary same thing everyday which gives one less to learn
Cons: local internet cafe with less of customer base and probably we try as employees to up the stakes but bosses are forever Stubborn one can't tell them or improvise based on their business.
