Excellent learning curve

A typical work day involves daily inspections of safety equipment; issuing of PPE, and inspections of employee adherence to PPE. My relationship with co workers is we all know we are in a team and they also take my instructions to heart.

Routine job

Very frasting Stereotype still exist When you get in to the work place, you already want to go home. Sample testing on NIR, precisor, moisture oven, sieving. Following the production see if everything working in work. Do quality checks according to the specification of the company Data capturing to update the system Handle, record and documenting non-conforming products

Excellent place to learn automations and faultfinding

working at a Mill has tough me to work under pressure and to resolve issues quickly and effectively, it has also tough me how to communicate with people and to ensure that everybody does what needs to be done.

Pros: meals are supplied by the company
Cons: long hours, working Saturdays and long standby hours
