when i was at ithala everything was smooth because i gain to much experience as an intern .i enjoy working in a challenging and vibrant environment . dedicated,honest client orientated and customers focus. sound knowledge of computer skill and telephone skills well-developed communication skill. mantain database of important contact number and compile document and report thank you

Excellent learning and growing

ithala was migrating from old system to the new system, i was working with the project team as system analyst ,doing data mapping make sure the data is aligned to the migration template of the new system,i was also part of the team for data migration exercise through ETL process, we had to extract and transform only from the source system,the service provider had to only load the data the we give to them. the biggest challenge was to drive the session as i am still young but hungry for success

Great environment

it like any other company, except this one is a state owned one. i have a good relationship with almost everybody. i learned a lot already in terms of doing my job, when i first came here i was not aware that there is much that i don't know of but the stuff were there to make sure that everything goes well. there is nothing that i enjoy the most about the place i have to be honest with that. challenge is that we are using old technology
