The best work readiness programme

The scarce skills that are about time management, conflict resolution and communication, were valuable to me and to put it on point these were not taught at the university institutions and the programme built the bridge to make us excellent competitors for the current job market. We had a lot of group activities which has made me become more of a team player than an individual because every task or activity we do we do as a whole so everyone plays a different role, i learned the people skills that i never thought were valuable until they are in action.The challenges were to keep calm during the presentation that we did to a wide range of people in the audience.

Pros: Excellent base for career progression
Cons: unexpected change of schedules

What do on duty, is to make sure that premises and property secured and safe for everybody. Im also able to recall all the suspicious activity around the premises . I have a very good working relationship with my co-workers , and i have learnt a lot form this job, now i know how to deal with all typs of people and i can work under any situation given, and what i really enjoy the most about my job is that i get to learn new things each and every day, but out of aspects, the most challenging aspect is when a suspect get away with out me being able to recall.

Pros: im good in management as well
Cons: working hours are 06H00am to 18H00pm, those are usually normal working hours in the security industry.

The beswt work programme in johannesburg

I work with a lot of people and I am a team player were as I contribute to the team without even thinking about it and they appreciate it as much as I do because. I was one of the leaders of the group and I manage to lead them to a winning group assignment which we were responsible to work for children and accommodate the kids in a carefully and kind manner.

I am very excellent with service delivery as i make sure that my client are satisfied with my workk

The truth is I like to work in this Company because of the relationship that I have with my co-workers, we help and assist each other whenever we encounter any challenge we are able to stand together and come out with solutions.I have gained confidence and now i can handle my client in a professional manner without offending them.the only challenge in my job is when i have to take long with transactions due to CIPC back -log as i am currently working with CIPC changes.

Pros: We are the specialist of corporate governance where we assisting our clientd with changes as per new Company's Act, arranging their meetings and preparing board packs.
Cons: we work 8 hours
