Good customer service

Good customer service Provide a good service to the clients find out what's the problem resolve the issue if case logged attend to the case untill everything is resolved. If I have a hectic day at work I drink cold water take a book and read. Good at dealing with the difficult clients, calm the customer apologize several times in order to make the customer happy. I put myself in the customer's issue then I make sure that I resolve the problem, I am a Patient person I don't shout the customer back after the case is resolved I thank the customer and make sure that I do my best on the ending call like thank you for being patient with me and have a great day. I like working alone and working with the taem I like sharing ideas and I also work extra hours if I have to do.
