Access not.limited which gave exposure to allow engineers to apply full support skills in order to resolve a clients issue Great culture and all round team spirit. Teams always willing to help and share knowledge What I've learnt is being exposed to more complex IT support issues and having the access and ability to apply my skills fully

Great experience working for UK company so much exposure to their systems

Long hours people are not treated equal Black people they don't get promotions I have learned a lot while i was there especially in the service desk different users and how to approach individuals. I have learnt a lot from my co-workers if I did not know something they would offer to show me or help do it. I have enjoyed most helping engineers with their PC it gave me more exposure to troubleshooting.

Pros: Free lunch
Cons: Long hours, Racism, people are not treated equal
