Current Company very process orientated Typical work days are very busy client queries and supplier queries. Work environment - very tense hence the reason for apply for other opportunities . I learned how to work under pressure Meet deadlines Learned how to communicate more sternly

Pros: No promotion you stuck in a position

A Typical Work Day in my Life

I start working @ 6am and put plans in place for the day. When everyone gets in by 8am, half of my work is completed. I'm punctual with everything I do! I get along with most of my co workers. I don’t allow people to walk all over me and I do my best to prove myself everyday. I'm a hard worker, I've learned to work independently and only ask for assistance when needed. Management always seem to have little time for Staff Members and make empty promises so basically you are left to resolve issues by yourself or with the help of co workers. Being part of all the Departments is stressful but you get no Thank you for the work you have done, not even a bonus or an increase in your Salary, All this contributes to the reason why I need to get out, a
