Excellent experience

Currently running five sites Dealing with clients in meetings on a daily basis Setting out work for staff in order to achieve goals Procurement for all sites Negotiating prices from suppliers I enjoy the interaction with clients and getting ahead of their expectations Most challenging part is getting support for my head office

Experience building

What I enjoy most about my job is the health and safety and HR part of it. I'm faced with new challenges daily. Challenges which makes my job exciting. I have grown to love my colleagues and we all have a great relationship. Below I listed my duties and what my job really is about. -health and safety -wage queries -time attendance -asset management -emails -HR (staff contracts, medicals ect) - Invoicing Approval and closing out Purchase orders -Job cards -All office duties which includes filing, typing, answering calls ect

Learning curve

No balance in your personal life. Illegal hours fulfill duties that are not stipulated in your contract. There is no culture. bad leadership. lotsa room for improvement.

Team work

I have eight years experience in the Construction, industrial and hospital. I am able to install, manage and coordinate all construction activities and ensure that all projects are completed and delivered on time . I see myself as technical mined young adult of integrity with a positive attitude to life who displays solid moral judgment. My strengths include resilience, interaction with people at all levels, self-discipline, confidence, a willingness to learn, results orientation, punctuality, adaptability, concentration, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, safety orientation, dedication, competitiveness, time management

Good working environment

A day's work is hectic, I must run around to delegate work, check that things are done properly and report back to head office. This job gave me a perfect opportunity to install electricity from out of the ground to the end in the house / shop where the everyday person switch on the lights.

Work long hours

Lots of employees are not happy when it comes to their salaries and they employ lots of foreigners.when you are black there in no grouth Employees are treated not equally. The owners do not respect their employees.

I m competent person with 12years experience in electrical industrial and construction. I do A.C. and DC power. You will never regret to hire me. Very dedicated to work
