Beauty of education

Classes are grouped into grade so that the load is distributed in manageable groups for teacher respectively.Classes are however not bigger than 10 students per lesson. Co-workers discuss and share ideas on strengths and weaknesses of students and how to enhance their learning experience. I have learned the value of different learning styles and self learning when the student is concerned. Each learner is an individual with different needs and means of processing information. I enjoy watching t he light go on for a student who thought they would never be able to understand or master a concept. I love getting to the level of the student and trying to see the perspective of the student to try and solve problems not just related to their educational well being. The most challenging part of the job is trying to change the learners attitude towards subjects, ideas, concepts and content. But i t is also the most rewarding part of the job once they do.

Pros: I get to share and impart knowledge and change the self perspective of students.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion. Bad leadership.
