I have learned a lot at this company the problem is there is no change like improving knowledge

Scelo Ngwazi a man of twenty five years old, who is working at Durban at Izazi Satelectric, I'd like to work here at ISE my problem is I want to go through with my studies and learn different things in life, because here where I am there is no more change and I don't get any challenges that can make me think further and ma plans for myself my life is standing on the same position I see no changes if I'm still here

Pros: i need a great work
Cons: I've been working ten hours everyday from Monday to Saturday.

Loyal & Honest

I am a hard worker Loyal Work under pressure Trustful I want a new job because I want to help my children(s) to live a better life, and also my family, because we don't have anybody who's working except me. That why I looking forward for a better job.

Great and fast learner

At ISE I've learned a lot like I able to work as a group and individual I also a hard worker I know how to deal with clients no matter in term of race and gender they are all the same. I also don't mind to work under pressure as well as under supervision. Things that I was really enjoy at work is when job is busy because I don't like to seat down cause I get bored, and I also like to challenge my self for leaning new things. The most challenge that I don't like is when clients call us to come and gives us wrong addresses. Sometimes when we get robbed.

Pros: Great opportunity but no promotions
Cons: Yep very long hours sometimes
