Excellent learning curve

 Merging documents (C.O.B and 17.2 Offer Acceptance)  Dealing with 16a and Acceptances.  Checking payment schedules and Receipting Schedules  Dealing with terminations from the Debt Counsellors.  Declining of Debt Review  Settlement letters if the client requests.  Recon on account that is almost paid up – Amort  Balance Transfer  Refunds We have a very good and understanding relationship with my co-workers  Credit Ease  Excel  Soft Collections  Outlook  Ms Word  Redblade  Excalibur Everything about my job was enjoyable Receipting month end

My Experience

I work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Work closely with the Finance Department I work with lots of data, requiring me to be very focused with serious attention to detail I work under lots of pressure which I handle very well. I am professional and mature towards my colleagues all the time. I work well with everyone I come across to work with. I am a work, work, work person, do what's important and in line with the business standard and objectives.

Accuracy Creating a goid working space always willing to learn easy adapter.
