We work good as a team and helping 1 another without any doubt if you don't understand you ask one of the team members than giving people wrong information.

Learning experience

To work jam it was great and good experience because there was a lot of communication with workers we understand each other.To work there was fine even though there were challenges here and there it was good,working days was normal we didn't have a problem with our hours.My co-workers were good people they no conflict with them they were ordinary people who support each other and understand. what have i learn is to be good with client ,respect,good communication,patient,listen and be supportive. I enjoy the experience that i have learn to work hard,be a open person,understanding of client and be your own self person.What was challenging is that they are no off days on December because we wanted to spent time with family but we did understand.

Enjoy working directly with staff, client and managers

I enjoy working with people and helping wherever I can and also willing to learn new things in work related or personal. I especially enjoy working directly with staff, client and managers. I also enjoy challenges as it gives me the chance to test and push myself to limits that I never knew exist.

Pros: . I would definitely take my experience and use the theoretical knowledge achieved to put me ahead if job opportunity arise
Cons: no growth and oppotunities, less working hours
