I like to think of myself as proactive and very self disciplined/ motivated. I have a good working realationship with my my co-workers being in an H/R position my job is to be the mutual party between employer & employee whilst providing the best and adequate advise. I am currently doing the debtors/ creditors and the Payroll administrator for both forthnightly and monthly staff. I enjoy being busy and being in a challenging environment. MAking sure that we are always on the correct legislation with regards to taxes. Having been running payroll and pastel year ends.

Pros: Lots to learn , and lots of multi tasking, Rating Opportunties for promotion
Cons: Travelling to work.

Learn different things each day,co workers are friendly and always willing to help

Learned alot each day from fabrication to mechanical.I enjoy mechanical work of it like overhauling pumps,valves gearboxes to name a few,sad part about the company its difficult to get permanent so I've been working on a contract basis for 4 years already but the staff and co workers on site are friendly and not stuck up.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
