Excellent learning curve

It is a great learning opportunity for a young woman like me, there is always challenges in projects i am involved in and opens doors for me to learn and know alot of things about telecommunications.I am on a contract for the second year it was extended but I was told that after 1 year contract I will be offered a permanent position. I received an award from the CEO for best customer satisfaction and taking pride while doing my work.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: There is no salary increase

Excellent company to work for

- Very social environment - Every one gets along and love working together - even in the tough times - I have learnt a lot about Bookkeeping aspects, still a bit challenging for me sometimes as I do not do everything all the time

Pros: Good environment
Cons: Company restructure every now and then
