Great team work and excellent learning curve

Working at Jawitz has always been great and exciting more especially my rental team we work as a team not against each other. I have learned a lot in the rental and property management team for the past 7 year and I'm really grateful for the opportunity and experience that I gained throughout those years. Although it has been a challenging job dealing with difficult clients and workload pressure, it was fantastic as a team we always manage to put a smile on our client's face and meet deadline.

Great work ethics

I work each day from 8:30 till 17:00 , taking out clients and making sales. I have a larg group of collegues that i work with, thee ost challenging aspect of the work is working alone on important proposals and no teams are involved, we have to come up with all strategies on our own, but this has taught me how to navigate important work on my own.

Pros: Learning as much as possible for future aspects
Cons: No one is willing to assist

Humble and good listening

Sellling house, land, apartments and rentals. Good relationship. Learnt to co-operate with client and everyone else in the building. The workshops on fridays where we gether to share information.

Work Life at Jawitz

aA typical work day will include firstly checking my emails for urgent payments to be made. I don't have a relationship with my co-workers for various reasons i.e. attitude. I have not learnt anything from what I do but rather I have learnt how to deal with certain types of people that I have not encountered before. I enjoy the flexibility of time. The most challenging aspect of my Job is having to work long hours to meet my deadlines.

Great experience and networking platform. Working with clients and fulfilling their needs and supplying the demand . Great work environment and team.very demanding and requires lots of patience. Highly driven industry with competitive market and requires job know how.

Hard working and money hungry mindset

Great working with everyone around me. Greet everyone once we get at work, after that everyone starts with their day, in and out if the office. Doing listings, seeing clients, selling of properties.
