Excellent inhouse training and skills development

Basically we we receive cedit application from retail branches and check document and verify them, make the that they do comply with company policies and and shortages of documents we we inform the applicant and branch for any delays. Make we do this in short space of time as we do want any delay that there not fraudulent. Once all assessment is being done and information needed is correct we escalate it to authorization department.

Pros: Good focus skills, fraud skills and interpersonal skills

Excellent learning curve

Good relationship with coworkers Limited growth Learned the in's and out's of the company Meeting deadlines every month. My working hours where 7am to 4pm Challenging part was dealing the branches​

Excellent customer service

It was a great company, always room for growth, good relations with fellow colleagues, was a constant performer. I have learned to coach mentor and lead by example, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the way the job was carried out, assistance was given by all levels, only challenge was dealing with new consultant but communication was the key

I am an experienced person.

I am an experienced employee, a fast learner who is able to handle lots of tasks when given a chance. JDG is a big company \i believe given a chance to work here after this contract end I would go far. There are lots of opportunities.

Excellent service ,room for growth

it is friendly environment and everyone gets a chance for training however,we like a family we have team buildings and support systems to upgrade our skills.i have learnt that you must differentiate between work environment and personal environment,i have learned how to use excel and have a good relationship with customers,

I am working as a admin manager

My duties actually involve budgeting,maintaining debtors ledger, working on dailly invoices, controlling stationery register, manage and control cash office and also branch administration.

Experience with JDG Financial Services

Working with JDG Financial Services was a great learning experience i enjoyed it most when assisting customer's , I also enjoyed the moment of the training and the team work the staff is very friendly and very professional . I have leant that in life you can be everything you want through learning focus and understanding most of it all hard-work pays. The most challenging aspects of the job is where i have to deal with customer's the whole day without having lunch.

Documents assessment, focus and attention to detail

give customer service to branches and assess document to be approve for credit and make sure there are no fraud if there is any I escalate to relevant department. To make sure that the customer are happy and and branches are serviced at the spontaneous time. Learning new things everday
