I am willing to even work as a foreman and show what i am capable of ..

I like to plan my day and have a small meeting of what must be done for the day and week ahead. Like to keep hands on and have a good relationship with my co workers. I am always open to learn more and also like to help , train my worker. I enjoy working outside with the workers to earn there respect and give them respect. I like challenges in the work place and feel good when the team overcome the challenge in time and with good quality. Would like to join your company and show you what i have to offer. You can also look at my CV on linked under my name, I strive to give my all to the company and don't mind to work long hours and don't mind working weekends. I like it when we finish an project in time and the client are happy. A good handover is always in few points for the company and so you build a good relationship with the clients.

Have 16 years experience

I am hard working and once run my own business. A typical day at work wil be a quick meeting in the morning of what should be done for the day. Do the planning also for the week according to the programme and stik to it. I like to wprk closely with the workers and like to be hands on. You always learn more thing when doing it. I am a company man and dont mind working long hours or weekends. I love a challenge at the workplaces and feel good when we overcome it and the clien is happy. I never missed a deadline , and finish always in time with the programme. It feel good to hand over a project and the client is happy. I always check the settingout myself and check it according the construction drawing. Do all planning and cost control according to my BOQ .

I am a hard worker and a company man

I like to plan my day in advanced and like to be hands on at my work place. like to work with the workers and don't mind learning them . You must have a good relationship with them and they will be a happy team. To be hands on is a good learning streak . I enjoy to be outside with the workers and like to finish a Project on time and do the handover and close out without any problems. You must keep your client happy at all times. I am working for Sisonke Butpole at this moment as a General Forman

Like to work hard and is a company man

I love to go to work everyday and like civil construction. planning my work a week in advance and make sure we stick to th programme.sort workers and make sure they know what they must do for the day. It always a good thing to have a good relationship with your co workers. J am alwas open for sugestens and dont mind learn or help others. I enjoy to be on site and have hands on the project i am doing. A challenge is always welkom due to you learn more and always wants to come out on top. Handing a project over to the client with no problems and the client is happy wigh the end result and you can do the close out

l am open to learn more

I like to do planning a week ahead and keep track of the Project program. Hands on on my workers an have a good relationship with them.Make sure that thy work save and remember zero harm. Safety first. I enjoy working with people and do my best at work and make sure everyone is save . I dont mind challenges at the workplace.

Great company for up coming proffessionals

The company is medium sized with all the opportunity to grow. No day is similar with the other, very challenging but also self rewarding. I enjoy working with new management from the different sites I manage. The interactions in meetings and the cohesiveness of our team when we tackle any challenges is out of this world. The challenges are mostly when one has to challenge unreasonable demands/instructions from the client that poses a safety or health risk. Reporting to the COO makes things easier with the support he provide. Great confident on my abilities.

Excellent learning

I'm a self motivated person who works hard with the team always on time. Working under pressure my quality is on time. I follow the instructions and safety rules to make sure that I keep a very clean record to my company.
