Learning curve

On a typical day work load can be so much and then the next day can be nothing to do so much that you can decide to rearrange the warehouse just to be busy. On days whereby I do deliveries you may run sound to places you never been and end being lost mostly because the deliveries address given is wrong or spelled wrong and cannot be picked up the navigator or it just send you astray. We are a great team and share a lot besides from our ethnic group we are almost all from the same religion. I have learnt a lot as far as customer service is concerned. Although its been said that the customer is always right you as the service provider have to find ways to protect you and your as sometimes customers can be difficult. Especially when the business was done via telephone sometimes is great to have it in writing either on a piece of paper or email and cc other colleagues.

It pays the bills

Ut pays the bills its a family business so very little room for promotion or growth. Its ttextile dealing with or distribution of gowns towels and slippers of multiple colors. It has different material like coral fleece, towelling, linen, waffle and bamboo for gowns and for towels they go on different grades of towelling and brands like terry luster, no more snag and florida. And slippers are fleece and they come in different formats we got open toes, close toes, thongs and velcru open toe and they come in two colors which are white and stone/ecru/khakhi

Pros: Closet to were i stay
Cons: My friend is a manager
